Cross-cultural coaching for women in Lucerne
Is outdoor coaching the right approach for you?
-
My coaching sessions are generally designed for women*.
Whether you have children or not, you are employed, self-employed or work at home - YOU are welcome just the way you are.
It does not matter how old you are, where you are from or how you live your life - your individual personality will be in the focus of our outdoor coaching journey.
-
Culturally sensitive coaching is right for you if you want to feel recognized as an individual within your culture, no matter where you come from or what you are carrying in your cultural backpack.
Cross-cultural coaching also matches with you if you would like to be accompanied by a coach who is sensitive to the cultural differences in your environment and can comprehend and take them into account appropriately during the coaching.

I will be listening to you to get to know more about your motivation for a coaching and what you would like to change. Together we will try to identify your inner strength resources so that you can shape your life in a (more) self-determined way again.
To progress in the coaching process, I will be using accompanying questions and situational intervention techniques.
Every coaching session is as individual as you are and is based on the direction you choose for your transformation. I will be by your side to accompany the change process the way it feels right for you.

No, it is enough if you enjoy being in nature and can imagine that it has a positive effect on you.
When coaching outdoors, we use nature as a source of strength which allows us to gain a broader view of a certain situation. Seeing the big picture can be a helpful support in your transformation.
Through being in nature, we also boost our well-being by lowering the level of stress hormones. Walking outdoors provides relaxation and the right rhythm to support our brain in thinking and learning.

No, at the very beginning of the coaching you do not have to know what your objective is. It may well be that you simply do not feel satisfied (anymore) or stressed and do not yet know what change you actually want. I will be happy to support you in finding this out together in your coaching journey.

When we are walking outdoors, it is recommended wearing comfortable shoes and clothes. I suggest dressing with several layers of clothing so that you can easily adapt to changing weather conditions.
If you like to write things down, you may want to bring a note book and a pen.
You are welcome to bring something to drink and if you wish, also a small snack.
For an outdoor coaching, you should be able to walk without difficulties. If this is not the case, there is the option of online coaching sessions in which we also can incorporate nature.
